This Trust & Safety Enforcement Policy explains how GoLibre responds to safety concerns, policy violations, and risk-related issues on the Platform. This policy applies to all users and forms part of the GoLibre Terms of Use.
1. Purpose
GoLibre's Trust & Safety program exists to:
- Protect users, Hosts, and Renters
- Reduce fraud and misuse
- Support insurance and claims processes
- Maintain platform integrity
GoLibre may take enforcement action when user behavior presents risk to people, property, or the Platform.
2. What We Monitor
GoLibre may monitor and review:
- Booking behavior and usage patterns
- Reports from users
- Messages exchanged through the Platform
- Incident and claims data
- Fraud or risk indicators
Monitoring is conducted in accordance with GoLibre's Privacy Policy.
3. Reportable Issues
Users should report any safety or trust-related concerns, including:
- Accidents or damage

Certain behaviors may result in immediate suspension or termination, including:

- Fraud or identity misrepresentation
- Intentional vehicle damage
- Unauthorized commercial use
- Repeated policy violations
- Retaliation against reporting users
7. Cooperation with Authorities & Insurers
GoLibre may cooperate with:
- Law enforcement
- Insurance partners
- Regulatory authorities
when required by law or to protect users and the Platform.
8. No Guaranteed Outcomes
GoLibre does not guarantee:
- Specific enforcement outcomes
- Restoration of accounts
- Reversal of penalties
All decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.
9. Appeals
In limited cases, users may request a review of enforcement decisions by contacting support.
GoLibre is not obligated to reverse decisions.
10. Retaliation Prohibited
Retaliation against users who report safety or trust concerns is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
